Fire and Ice

 Contrast.

Setting sun lights the dying sky on fire, while only a few days later, the morning blankets the ground with brilliant white crystals.

Life seems full of competing demands, opposite points of the spectrum, decision points to go or stay, act or remain immobile.

HU contains many such moments to hold both in the same hand, often at the same time.

To fade or renew.

To forget or to remember.

But always hope, the steady continuum.  Always.
